The proposal explored our perception of nature and link between cultural experience and how we perceive the landscape in Asia, which have gone through various transformations between the 8th century Tang dynasty era of classical garden tradition of pond and island types to the unique relationship between architecture and its external landscape in 16th century.
The aim of masterplan was to celebrate cultural perception of landscape in Asia and create planning framework that met client needs and financial development model while maintaining unique characteristic in response to the context and the site condition.
