It has been four months since ‘Excessive Enthusiasm: Ha Bik Chuen and the Archive as Practice’ opened at the Asia Art Archive and the exhibition period will be further extended until mid-July during which time we cordially invite you to pay a visit in the last remaining weeks.
Featured in the latest Summer edition of International contemporary art magazine ArtReview, Maria Lind’s engaging review of the exhibition entitled ‘Male Melancholia or The Venice Biennale or How I missed Georg Baselitz’s Grand Installation at the Arsenale but found solace in an intriguing exhibition in Hong Kong instead or Ambition two ways’ describes the exhibition as ‘an example of how to maximise the minimal’ and on that note we look forward to seeing our exhibition structure take on different iterations in future installations.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to the AAA team, especially curator Michelle for her ongoing enthusiasm and passion for research, Hammad, Ingrid, Vivian and Marysia for their kind support.
Date: 11 March – Mid July 2015
Venue: Asia Art Archive, 11/F, Hollywood Centre, 233 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
